A mutual fund is created by pooling funds from many investors to invest in diverse securities like fixed income, equities, commodities etc. It gives individual investors access to a diversified pool of securities and maximizes returns based on the investment objectives of the pool.

We offer a variety of investment products such as Sukuk Notes, Mutual Funds (Fixed Income, Equity Fund and Wealth Builder), Commodities, Real Estate and Ethical Compliant Notes. Depending on your preferences, needs and risk tolerance, you can invest in conservative or moderately aggressive products. You may also choose to invest in investment products denominated in Naira or foreign currencies such as USD.

We invest in products that have the potential to grow your wealth and improve your financial position. However, investment products may sometimes be subject to fluctuations due to market forces beyond our control. To mitigate this risk, we invest in a pool of ethical instruments through our mutual fund products.

We do not charge management fee on all investment products, depending on the underlying contracts. However, the maximum amount chargeable as administration fee is 1.5% of the fund/portfolio value which remains in line with regulatory requirements.

All investment products provided by Marble Capital Limited are selected by our team of experienced portfolio managers and competent investment analysts. We are focused on providing investment products built on ethical investing that offer competitive returns and opportunity for capital preservation/appreciation.

No, you cannot transfer your investments at Marble Capital to another individual.

Some investment products like mutual funds pay returns. We request for bank account details to enable us make dividend/returns payments and also fulfill withdrawal requests. The bank account is where your cash withdrawals will be paid into.

MHCF is an open-ended unit trust scheme that invests in Shari’ah-compliant commodities, commodity-linked fixed income instruments, and commodity-linked equity listed on Exchanges
approved by Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Fund size is N3,000,000,000.00 (Three Billion Naira)

  • The minimum subscription requirement is N50,000.00 (Fifty thousand naira only)

The performance of the MHCF is benchmarked against the AFEX Commodities Index (This index reflects the prices of commodities in the market) making it a market-based investment opportunity.

YES. You can invest for your child/ward. However, the investment is managed by parent/guardian and transferable only when the child is 18 years old.

The Fund will seek to distribute net income to unit holders semi-annually in arrears, subject to profits realized and in line with existing regulations.

Yes, unit holders have the option to either receive the distribution in their designated account or reinvest it in the Fund

Unit holders can transfer or redeem their Units by submitting a duly completed redemption form to the Fund Manager. The redemption form must be completed in whole or in part, depending on the desired redemption amount

Redemptions will be paid within five (5) Business Days of receipt of the valid redemption documents by the Fund Manager

The applicable redemption price is the Bid Price published by the Fund Manager on the day the redemption documents are lodged. Also please note that redemption documents submitted after 4pm takes the Bid Price of the next business day

Yes, partial redemptions are allowed. However, if a partial redemption results in a value lower than the Minimum Investment value, the unit holder will be required to redeem all the Units held

Yes, there will be a lock-in period of three months (90 days) from the date of initial registration, during which investors are not allowed to exit or redeem their investment. If a redemption is made within 90 days of subscription to the fund, a 1.5% fee on the profit earned is payable.
